The company has four automated lines with a daily production potentiality of about 120.000 liters each one specifically destined for the oil packing in glass bottle, cans and Pet containers in different formats from 0,25 to 25 lt. Rigorous controls are always carried out on packing lines through electronic systems and through the agency of company staff responsible for the visual inspection. The final check of the product provides for tasting and laboratory analysis for each lot. The raw material storage is adjacent to packing lines and it occurs in steel silos and in underground tanks, all this with continuous checks of the temperature to prevent oxidation phenomena. During the storage period, oils are subjected to physico-chemical and organoleptic analyses in order to verify that there haven’t occurred alterations or oxidation problems that damage the use.
